Selling Your Home SUNSTATE MARKETING PLAN
SunState has a proven successful marketing program to help you sell your existing home. Your SunState Representative will go over this in detail.
Listing & Marketing Your Home
SunState Guaranteed Realty (SunState) is a FULL SERVICE REALTOR and a Member of the Area Board of REALTORS®.
MLS: Your home will be “Showcased” in the Area Multiple Listing Service with virtual tour and/or numerous pictures.
Sign: SunState will install a yard sign with a flyer box attached and an electronic or combo lockbox.
Colored Flyers: SunState will make up Flyers depicting the Primary Features of your Home’s environment. They are placed in your Flyer Box, inside your Home and distributed in the Real Estate Community.
You Can Help: You will be encouraged to participate in SunState’s Seller Assisted Marketing Program. If you help SunState sell your home (without the assistance of another REALTOR) you receive 50% of the selling commission.
Internet: SunState gives you exposure on over 40 Internet Websites including: Google, Craigs List, Zillow, Yahoo, MSN, HotPads, SellwithSunState.com and REALTOR.com.
Local, National and International Marketing: This creates inquiries from people preparing to locate in Florida. Our Flyers, Virtual Tours and Pictorials are also great tools for out of state prospects.
No Contingent Contracts: If a prospective buyer has a home to sell before they can purchase your home, SunState will guarantee the lease of their home so you won’t have to accept a contingent contract.
Communication: SunState will contact you weekly to keep you informed on all marketing, activity and follow up.
Negotiation, Financing & Closing Coordination: SunState handles all necessary services to make your transaction as stress free as possible.
SunState Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied for any reason, you can cancel your Listing Agreement anytime at no cost.
